🔁 Return Eligibility – Damaged Products Only

We accept returns and issue refunds only for products that arrive damaged. To qualify for a refund, please follow the steps below:

✅ What You Need to Do:

  1. Record an unboxing video:

    • Start recording before opening the package.

    • Ensure the video clearly shows the outer packaging, the unsealing process, and the condition of the product.

  2. Check for visible damage in the video.

  3. Return the item:

    • If damage is confirmed, you will need to return the item to us.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be processed within 10-12 business days.

    • Customers can return the product within 3 to 4 days after receiving the product.
    • Refund will be credited to customers account within 10-12 working days through original payment method.

⚠️ Important Conditions:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the damage is clearly visible in the video.

  • If no unboxing video is provided, no refund or return will be processed.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-damaged products. Please review your order carefully before placing it.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@fabulikfashion.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include the unboxing video and your order details in the email.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and initiate the refund after receiving the returned item.
